Happy 2020 reading goals !
January 2020 is almost over – are you still wondering what your 2020 goals & resolutions are? I am in the process of writing down what I want to accomplish in 2020. I am adding reading more to my list. There was a Global survey (13 countries) that came out recently that found 71% of participants who read weekly reported feeling happier and reading more frequent improves our relationships and helps us connect with others.
Hey I want to improve my relationships & connect with others. Reading has long been a form of escape into a different world for me, especially when I was younger. But now I only read to learn something new for my health business.
The newest health book I have reviewed is about micronutrients. Call me if you are interested in finding out which micronutrient you may be lacking – it’s a simple test, I do right in my office.
Anyway back to reading more and the Global study that was done recently. So how does reading improve your relationships? 41% of global couples say discussing books was one of the the things that made them fall in love with their significant other. And 1 in 3 readers turn to books to solve their relationship problems. Also, those 41% couples say romance books have helped enhance their relationships!
